The team at Preservation Technologies is drawn from a wide range of
backgrounds and calls on a wealth of different skills and experience.
Ramiro is a registered Building Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management and is also a Licensed Builder and qualified carpenter – a great blend of theory and practice.

Prior to Prestech, Stephen spent many years in the corporate environment primarily in manufacturing & supply of construction chemicals & products (Parchem, Fosroc & Dulux Group). He has a Business Degree as well as additional building qualifications.

A licensed Waterproofer with over 15 years’ in the remedial building industry, Josh brings practical on the job experience to the estimating team. He is also a Business Enterprise graduate.

A brickie by trade, and licensed builder, Mark brings a practical, “hands-on” approach to his project management style. Many years of experience in remedial project delivery.

As the company’s Accounts Manager, Liza wears many hats – and runs a tight ship! Responsible for payroll, and all in-house accounting functions.
Coliza (Lisa) Cho
Office Manager
Tim has 23+ years’ experience in the remedial industry with more than 15 years in project management and estimating. He has extensive experience in residential construction in Australia, Canada and England. Tim is a licensed builder and qualified carpenter.

With an extensive amount of experience in the remedial industry, Mohammad brings enthusiasm, integrity and dedication to the operations team. He has also completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Project Management.
